Chicken Ritz
“Hog Heaven” The Durning House in Van Alstyne, TX
2-3 cups cooked chicken (2-lrg cans)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. Sour cream
1 cup cooked rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tso Mrs. Dash
1 tsp. Lemon pepper
2 stacks Ritz, crushed
1-1/2 stick butter
Put chicken in bottom of greased 9x13 pan
Mix soups, water chestnuts, rice, sour cream and seasonings together and put on top of chicken.
Put crushed Ritz crackers on top and pour melted butter over crackers. Bake 350 for 30 min..
