“Hog Heaven” The Durning House in Van Alstyne, TX
 
2 pkgs frozen broccoli, thawed - layer in bottom of 9X13 greased casserole
 
Mix together & put on top of broccoli:
4 TBS lemon juice
1 cup mayo
2 cans sliced water chestnuts drained
2 cups cooked cubed chicken (2 lrg cans)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (I used 1 mushroom & 1 cream of chicken)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Put on top of mixture and drizzle with butter.
2 stacks crushed Ritz crackers
1-1/2 cup melted butter

Bake 350 for 30 minutes
